High season: Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank holidays

A deposit of £100 to be paid against the costs of any damage, breakage or disruption caused during tenancy. The deposit will be returned in full, or in part with explanation where appropriate, within 14 days of the rental period.

25% of the total cost is required to confirm the reservation. The balance, plus the additional £100 refundable security deposit is to be paid six weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation charge - where the reservation is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the 25% confirmation fee will be non-refundable.

All prices are inclusive of VAT
